Bill McDanielBill McDaniel, an attorney for 30 years, began his career with a five-year stint as a trial lawyer at the noted Atlanta law firm Troutman Sanders LLP. After leaving Troutman Sanders, Bill began his own law practice, then twelve years ago, his own real estate firm, Community Homes Realty, Inc., specializing in residential real estate and investment transactions. Today, Bill does not practice law; only real estate counseling, personal investing, and representation of buyers and sellers.

Bill McDaniel was graduated from Emory University in 1968, and the University of Georgia Law School in 1973. Bill currently lives in Morningside, and owns investment homes in Decatur, Virginia Highland, University Heights, and Druid Hills to name a few. For the past 12 years, Bill has had the pleasure of representing many Emory physicians, Atlanta attorneys, and other professionals in the purchase and sale of their homes. Since Bo Bridgeport Brokers, Inc. was founded in 1997, we have provided customer-focused real estate services to clients throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area. Our commitment to our clients is absolute. As a team of experienced professionals, we strive to set a new standard in personal real estate service from the beginning of the relationship to the closing table.

We do not believe in simply selling houses. Instead, we strive to connect buyers and sellers to neighborhoods that suit hearts and budgets.

Bo Bridgeport Brokers, Inc. began with just two dedicated agents with one common goal, to revitalize Atlanta¹s forgotten in-town neighborhoods. Today, Bo Bridgeport Brokers boasts more than 65 active agents, who are committed to the revitalization of Atlanta¹s historic neighborhoods.

In 2002, Bo Bridgeport Brokers Jacksonville office opened and has been instrumental in building awareness among local and relocation buyers of the lovely historic neighborhoods now currently seeing a dramatic resurgence.

Most recently, Bo Bridgeport Brokers Blue Ridge launched a North Georgia presence, capturing the vitality and peacefulness of mountain living.

Active in the National Association of Realtors, Bo Bridgeport Brokers, Inc. has been honored on multiple occasions for consistent performance excellence and regularly contributes expert commentary to local media.
