It has been my pleasure to work on this project  especially after we found the house ( I am more involved after that point). Thank you for being very supportive and being always there for us when I was making those aggressive offers. I am very happy that I did not have to negotiate with you first for what to put into the offer and I guess it paid off. Also thank you for being accessible, organized (a virtue I am lacking so it helped me a lot) and precise all the time. I appreciated the openness and honesty.

Bill McDaniel's warm personality made me feel as though I was spending time with a friend or colleague
After Match Day, I found myself having to prepare for a move to a city I was  unfamiliar with. In addition, as a first time home buyer, I had little idea of what to expect or where to start. To not only have the pressure of finding the right home but also being faced with a very limited time frame was intimidating at first. Bill McDaniel and Art Karalexis were there every step of the way, educating and coaching me along from the first viewing to the last signing of papers at closing.
Bill McDaniel was not only professional and efficient, his warm personality made me feel as though I was spending time with a friend or colleague. In the limited time that I had, Bill succeeded in not only finding me the perfect home, but he also took the time to give me an extensive tour of Atlanta, educate me on the history of the city, recommend local restaurants/markets/veterinarians/etc., and thoroughly answer my numerous questions. I always felt that my time as a client was valued and I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything that was less than completely comfortable.
Art Karalexis was equally as valuable to me in financing my home. If I felt lost in trying to find a home, I felt more lost in trying to purchase a home. Although I was 400 miles away, Art was always available and willing to answer my questions in a timely manner. His extensive knowledge of the market was a great comfort to me. I did not hesitate to recommend him to a friend in my position nor would I hesitate to recommend him again.
It is difficult to imagine a more successful experience than the one I’ve had. The professionalism and charisma that both Bill and Art brought to the table was exemplary. I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home!

Bill made my first purchase hassle and stress free
Everyone told me what an intimidating experience buying your first house can be. Luckily, thanks to Bill McDaniel my purchase was completely hassle and stress free.
